President Obama was here in Phoenix today (8 JAN 15). What would you have asked him?

The POTUS was strutting his stuff here in Phoenix today. I tried handing him one of the RallyPoint cards but the Secret Service presence was too thick....lol. I know I had a question for him. If you had 30 seconds with POTUS today, what would you have brought to his attention?

Mr. President, you ran for reelection in 2012 with one argument that "Al Quaida is on the run and Bin Laden is dead" and you referred to ISIS as "JV". In light of what has happened since 2012 such as the Islamic terrorist attacks in Australia, France, the US and other places; the ISIS takeover of large parts of Syria and Iraq; and other examples. Can you please explain to me how exactly Islamic Terrorism is "on the run"?

I would have held open the door at the VA hospital and asked him to "Won't you step inside, please, Mr. President?"

Don't you think that it would be nice if he lent his personal attention to emphasize a "real" commitment to fixing the problems in the VA?

I would have asked him when he is going to give the country to someone who truly could run it and why he lied about his past life and why he is so hell bent on relocating the muslim nation to this country. Finally I would have asked him if cared to take a long walk off a short dock. Am I being to direct on my dislike for this jackrabbit???

Honesty I wouldn't have been able to ask him anything because I wouldnt have been there. I respect the position of the man but don't care for his policies or actions.

I had a chance to meet President George W. Bush for an event and spent two days with him. He took the time to answer my questions and give insights.

Aside from questions you can ask anybody, I was curious to know things only a POTUS would know that he could tell without violating any policies.

We were in Korea at the time and I asked questions about his experiences with North Korea, Japan, and China. His answers were fascinating.

I asked questions of what he equated success, advice to give someone like me, thoughts about ideas I had, and feedback on strategies. Opportunities are tied to people, so if you are looking for an opportunity, you are actually looking for a person.

Regardless of political party, there is always someone that a POTUS can connect you to, or something you can learn from. That is very powerful!

You asked for a free first two years of education for those who are wiling to work for it. Do you think this does a disservice to those in the military who have served their country to try and earn diminishing returns for that service in education benefits (among other eroding benefits)?

LTC David S. Chang, ChFC®, CLU® made a great point, opportunity is the key. It doesn't matter if I agree or not with the current POTUS's policies or ideology, but if I was to meet him and present my thoughts in a professional manner, he could connect me to others. The Lord opens doors for us, but we have to walk thru them. I think it's awesome that SFC Mark Merino triwd to give him an RP card, exposure at the highest level would be great for all if us!

Mr president, last year was the highest income in American history. It also had a deficit nearly 900 Billion dollars. My question to you is, why are you so fiscally irresponsible!! You claim do have decreased the deficit, you talk about decreasing the Debt yet you have spent more than all presidents before you combined. Are you a complete idiot or is this your plan?!?
