Please explain the Mission Act and how I may access it?

I have an abscess on tooth #18. Before a dentist will help I need to clear the infection through the VA. I've been using Tylenol but that just helps with the pain. I need a prescription in order to go to the WalMart Pharmacy and I need $103.19 to get the ClindaMycin 300MG tablets. How can this be handled in an expedient manner?

WHY do you need to clear the infection with VA? Do you mean that you don't have the money for the antibiotic and yoou want the VA to give it to you? If that is the case you need to go to closest Urgent Care facility on the VA list.
