I certainly hope so. There are a number of oxygen thieves I have worked with that need prosecution.

Is the Duffelblog a satire site? Seems to have many weird ideas. If this is true that this PFC did it falls squarely on his shoulders as a human being. If he is trash then should of known that from the start. But like some do get through just wondering about the legitimacy of the site? Anyone cause the Ties on Utilities had me laughing. I think the comments there are funny as well.

This is more than likely satire... a charge as ridicuous as stealing air by speaking is in complete violation of the first amendment as well as the eighth amendment.... There is no way this charge could stand an appeal, since it is arbitrary in its execution and in no way can be considered specific. first the military has to prove ownership of said air, assess a value to item stolen, asportation of said stolen item. In this the supreme court could find vacation of verdict based on eight amendment since it can be considered cruel and unusual.... just because you are under title ten does not devalue the authority of the US constitution.
