However they played it against the POTUS request for $$$ to support the immigration issue. Disappointing that the media or policy players would try to correlate this, but reality is we needed a integrity check for retention for the future numbers of all branches anyway.<br /><br />The two issues only have budget $$$ to link them. However streamlining the Army with selective retention boards is a process that has been around for years as is the promotion board system.
