<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>T2 and T3 shouldn't affect the PUHLES.<br />P2 and P3 should have the PUHLES changed until reevaluated. If not, I think a clerk dropped the ball.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>No. The PULHES is a numerical representation of a Soldier's physical abilities. If you have a permanent profile, something is not 100% with you. All 1s on your PULHES means you are 100%.
