I know when I was working that region of the world the interpreters who were mostly local nationals wore then BDUs so this guy may be an interpreter. I look at their profiles and they are contacts with other Civilian supporters from countries that shall remain nameless. If I don't know someone, or if I haven't had some contact with that person, I won't approve.
