CPT Private RallyPoint Member1440595<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So, I was in the middle of clearing to PCS. Was told at the end of week 1, I am flagged due to an investigation. Now I'm being told the flag will be gone in time, but I have 1.5 weeks to complete 3 weeks worth of tasks. Pet health certs, ship vehicle, HHG, finish work on house, and finish clearing. Looking for advice. Already tried HRC, but my branch is useless. All calls and emails are unreturnedPCSing, got flagged 1 week into clearing. Had to cancel appointments, now I'm 1.5 weeks out and have 3 weeks of work. What to do?2016-04-09T03:34:19-04:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member1440595<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So, I was in the middle of clearing to PCS. You can be flagged for months. Your commander can call branch and as long as your assignments officer is tracking your orders will be placed on hold or deleted as you cannot pcs in this status. <br /><br />The initial investigation is normally 30 days, but granted sometimes it takes a few weeks to get the investigation started. Your local company commander is the one who flagged you. However, as an officer your convening authority is generally a one or two star general. So it is not your local commanders decision to unflag you. The investigation will have to be reviewed and the local commanders will make recommendations. Based on the alleged offense you may be completely innocent and cleared. You may also face UCMJ or admin action such as a gomor. This is not a fast process and you need to seek legal advice and ask your commander to give you a better assessment. I can promise you though it isn't something that is fast unless it is completely unsubstantiated and that is the small percentage of the time as they had to have something to initiate an investigation.Response by CPT Mark Gonzalez made Apr 9 at 2016 10:55 AM2016-04-09T10:55:23-04:002016-04-09T10:55:23-04:00CSM Darieus ZaGara1441121<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir your local Garrison Command should have the authority to extend your PCS date.Response by CSM Darieus ZaGara made Apr 9 at 2016 12:11 PM2016-04-09T12:11:30-04:002016-04-09T12:11:30-04:00LTC Jason Mackay1441251<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Your O6 level command can do a 4187 to extend you uo a month.Response by LTC Jason Mackay made Apr 9 at 2016 1:10 PM2016-04-09T13:10:07-04:002016-04-09T13:10:07-04:00CPT Joseph K Murdock1441280<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was given 1 day to clear Ft Campbell as a geo-bachelor.
