Looking for advice on off base housing and a high schools.<br /><br />I have a wife who's first language is Spanish and a daughter who will no doubt be graduating from high school in Washington.<br /><br />I would like to be off base but within 20 minutes of Base. I hear the I5 is a nightmare. Any suggestions to include information about electric heat or gas? You will not be sorry. The middle school is within walking distance. All of the neighbors are friendly and it is on a quiet, safe cul de sac. <br /><br />Good luck.
