Patriotism in high school (What would you do in this situation?)

Freedom of expression the first amendment works both ways. People say it their right to stomp or disrespect the flag. Then a student should be allowed to display the flag if they choose.

I would tell the principal to "kiss my ass". Then I would paint the American flag on the hood and doors of the vehicle, with a sign asking "How many died for your freedoms?"

I would send my student back to school with a copy of the U.S. Constitution. I would very politely ask that the principal return to me a note verifying that the he/she actually read the document... signed by his/her parents.
