Will this make a difference in your leadership or the way your team members will perceive you as a leader?<br /><br />And of course the discussion that you are having with any one individual or the team will dictate what that one thing might be they need and in all instances you may not be able to deliver - caution use this question when you feel you have a resonable chance of delivering! <br /><br />These are some frequently asked questions that great leaders have asked, but they may not be right for you. Test them out to see if you get the desired responses you are looking for! They tended to have frank discussions with me when it was appropriate. There is more than one way to accomplish a particular task. A leader shows the best way to achieve a goal.
