I have however due to my asthma. I cannot even though I have no limitations due to asthma. Deployed attended all NCOES schools with no issues but because my profile is a P2 its non-waiverable!

Be clear about your standards from the start. Be fair and impartial. Understand your 1SG and Commander's intent. Then practice talent management. Your Soldiers can make you look good but they can easily make you look bad!

No. He got it wrong! You should do the following: 1. Sue the city for having such dangerous playground equipment. 2. Sue the manufacturer of the equipment. 3. Go to the emergency department of the hospital to make sure there is nothing wrong. 4. Sue the hospital for not finding anything wrong. 5. Write Congress to pass legislation to ban the playground equipment because children sometimes get hurt. 6. Call a press conference outside the playground so you and six of your friends can be on television. Come on people, think of the children!
