I'm honored to see Lt Col Private RallyPoint Member make this top 7 list. She is one of our earliest RallyPoint supporters and the one who helped network our first military PCS within the platform. An innovator and outside-the-box thinker that we are all proud to have among us. Congrats Erika!

I love to hear about such victories whether from afar such as Manal al Sharif, or back at home station! We can easily contribute to such victories by simply paying attention - mainly to our own thought processes, but also to our impact on others.

We can easily contribute to breaking the glass ceiling by overcoming our own biases and being attentive to stereotypes (implicit associations) creeping into our preconscious thoughts. We all have biases, and sometimes harmless preferences can led to another's oppression. Once we start becoming aware of our biases unfolding as we think it becomes easier and easier to prevent their influence on our outward expression.

I'm looking to become a first sergeant soon and if I am lucky I'd get a commander such as LtCol Cashin!
