The PPRL for our RSC came out in January for the month of December and no body from the November board was on it. We brought this to our leaders and they said sometimes it takes time to appear let us know next month. We waited the February one came out for the month of January and all of the people recommended in the December board showed up on the PPRL and yet again no one from the November board was on the PPRL.
