I am the DCO for the 3rd BDE Great Lakes Training Division and am looking for USAR Majors and Captains (LTCs too)  and SSGs to SGMs that would like to join my organization to plan and execute exercises.  We have locations in OH, MI, IN, IL, MN, MO, and soon TN. We conduct BDE and BN Mission Command training, scenario development, simulations, OC/T etc. and are looking for folks that are interested in expanding their knowledge base and use your skills to train organizations to make them better.  Branch Immaterial as we train MP, EN, Logistics, Transportation, etc. ARNG also welcome if they wish to transfer to the USAR contact me at [login to see]

Curious do you have any senior and mid grade enlisted positions that are in need of personnel that could be filled in the same manner or via transfers from other states that you could post as well.

SFC Baber,

We have E-7 (will place E-5 and E-6) E-8 and E-9 positions. Currently have E-7 and E-8 Vacancies. We will send to Battle Staff NCO and any other training. I am looking at 8 training events this year ranging from Mission Command Seminars to Western Accord in Senegal and KFOR 19 in either Vicenza, IT or Hohenfels, GE along with our main missions of running CSTX and WAREX exercises. If you are intersted please let me know. USAR or ARNG willing to transfer to USAR.

The Army has standards that must be met...that's the bottom line. When I'm in combat, I want someone who can cover my six......if you are out of shape, I don't have faith in you.
