So 12 month stabilization IF the Army doesn't need you elsewhere. I guess he could try to speak to branch detailer and see what can be done but my guess is PCSing.Response by SGT Rodrigo Contreras made Aug 2 at 2017 6:38 PM2017-08-02T18:38:54-04:002017-08-02T18:38:54-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member2794424<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I re enlisted for five years of stabilization. Came down on orders, DA select for recruiting six months later. Then, S1 should submit a deletion of orders. Even if you reenlist for a stabilization tour, all they have to give is 60 days (might be 90) and you can become eligible to PCS again. It is what happened to me.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 2 at 2017 8:18 PM2017-08-02T20:18:56-04:002017-08-02T20:18:56-04:00SGT Christopher Hayden2798943<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The only thing "stable" about stabilization is that you're probably going to come down on orders.Response by SGT Christopher Hayden made Aug 3 at 2017 10:17 PM2017-08-03T22:17:41-04:002017-08-03T22:17:41-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member2803220<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Calling branch is always an option.
