I have often wondered if Obama could have done what Kennedy did in October 1962?? This is one he would have to work out with Putin and not blame Bush 43 or the Republicans.. or would he have gone on some campaign funding trips and let Ash Carter & General Dunford manage this crisis???

So, it was decided 54 years ago that drawing red lines is a flawed policy? Some never learn. In today's times, he would have been called a neo-con and a conservative. MY how times have changed.
