(Officers) Do you belong to the MOAA or ROA? And if so, why?

I'm a lifetime member of MOAA because I think they are out there looking out for the veterans they represent. I firmly believe that. I count MOAA as one of the "good guys" among these sorts of organizations.

I am a member of the MOAA simply because I was enrolled at school and I am also a member of AUSA and those organizations do a lot for us and our retired vets i.e. lobbying congress for better pay, healthcare etc.

I just joined ROA. As an active duty junior officer, I think I was a member of AUSA and MOAA. After joining the National Guard, I was a member of NGAUS for a few years. If you're a reservist or Guardsman, I'd suggest you join ROA or NGAUS as they're going to fight for some of the issues specific to the USAR and ARNG - e.g. drill pay, gray-area retirees, maintaining Tricare Reserve Select, etc.
