Will an Officer retire with their former highest enlisted rank and receive top three last years worth of pay (based on officer last three or the former enlisted rank). I ask this question because no I know has an idea (but there is always something hidden that covers it). I think it's a good question for any Officer to know incase they have to create Plan B down the road.
