CPT Private RallyPoint Member 191978 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If an Officer has more than 15 years time-in-service, qualifies for TERA, and does not meet the 8 year time frame in serving as an Officer, what would their final retirement pay be based on? Will an Officer retire with their former highest enlisted rank and receive top three last years worth of pay (based on officer last three or the former enlisted rank). I ask this question because no I know has an idea (but there is always something hidden that covers it).
