But he is only going to poke the bear enough to keep the inner circle of DPKR happy, Now if he teams up with Putin then we should really worry and IMHO that is on the horizon, We could be seeing the start of another cold war only this time the chances of something happening will be much, much higher.Response by CW3 Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 15 at 2015 8:21 AM2015-09-15T08:21:53-04:002015-09-15T08:21:53-04:00PO1 William "Chip" Nagel966451<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would say that Yes he has them. Now what type, quality and quantity is very debatable. Could be no more than Glorified Nuclear Dirty Bombs but considering what has happened with those countries that they have helped develop their Nuclear Program I would say he has the real deal that would go super critical instantaneously. Missiles he has proven that he has them but not a steady record using them although his last several launches have been very successful.Response by PO1 William "Chip" Nagel made Sep 15 at 2015 8:24 AM2015-09-15T08:24:20-04:002015-09-15T08:24:20-04:00PO1 Ron Clark967398<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would not take his threat of WMD's lightly. He has already proven that he is unstable by just shooting missiles off when he gets a hair up his you know what. I think that verification is the issue, if he has them then he still has the rules of the World theatre to follow. Not just the US but the rest of the world also, everyone must be held accountable for their actions just as we are holding Iran accountable for their inventory.Response by PO1 Ron Clark made Sep 15 at 2015 2:49 PM2015-09-15T14:49:17-04:002015-09-15T14:49:17-04:00SSG Warren Swan967409<div class="images-v2-count-1"><div class="content-picture image-v2-number-1" id="image-60074"> <div class="social_icons social-buttons-on-image">

One of the key components for MAD to work as a successful deterrent both sides have to be rational. Kim, like his predecessors, shows all the signs of being a reckless and irrational leader. He has nuclear weapons, and contrary to what many seem to believe he doesn't need an ICBM or any kind of high tech delivery system capable of striking CONUS. All he has to do to strike the "west" is to strike any of the U.S. military installations just south of the DMZ on South Korean soil. U.S solders stationed there are a trip line. Their purpose lies in their deaths galvanizing the U.S. into war, or more aptly they create a line in the sand that North Korea doesn't dare to cross. To invade South Korea they would have to go through U.S. forces, which would ensure that the U.S. would swoop in and finish what was started back in the 50s.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 15 at 2015 11:03 PM2015-09-15T23:03:30-04:002015-09-15T23:03:30-04:002015-09-15T05:02:31-04:00
