Meanwhile, ethnic Tatars have been attempting to blockade roads leading into the peninsula, constricting supplies. With Russia very engaged in Syria, I think their response and ability to respond will be very telling.<br />My guess is that with Putin trying to get sanctions lifted, he will try to downplay this, for now.
