Now ma'am remember Nixon avoided impeachment by resigning. If you are familiar with the story, his staff and inner circle did a Political Intervention and said "You will resign to save the sanctity of this office." And he did. Some of those good men were much maligned later (Rumsfeld, Baker III, etc) as bad guys by the (D)'s.

Nixon was not impeached. The process was being held, he voluntarily resigned before impeachment proceedings took place Ms Hillary was an outside lawyer on the committee to impeach him. She was sited for unethical conduct and lying. As she was in the room of the head supervisor about to be disbarred and removed from the committee to impeach President Nixon, the call came in that he resigned. August 1974. In this confused state of dissolving the committee, the documentation against Hillary mysteriously disappeared. Yep well over 42 years ago her rein started and hasn't stopped since.
Amazing that people "say" they want someone new, some leadership, not career politicians yet she can do no wrong in a lot of people's eyes.

I do wonder if indictment and investigations are a result of impact vs possible impact. Meaning someone did something wrong, but nothing happened as a result, therefor, no foul as opposed to someone doing wrong and affecting others.

Is this the right way to approach the situation? No.

I remember while working on an aircraft I accidentally left a ratchet inside a weapons bay. QA found it, and while I did not get any paperwork, I was chewed out. Another individual of equal rank had done the same, only the aircraft took off and the tool was then lost. That individual received paperwork because it resulted in the lost of the tool. Both of us had made the same mistake, except mine was caught before it was too late.

I realize the Hillary Clinton case is much bigger than a misplaced ratchet, but it is used as comparison.
