This is a good thing. I have personally worn five different class C uniforms during my career. McHugh signed it yesterday and sent a memo stating such to all GO's. Might still be a few weeks until the rest of the Army sees the updated AR 670-1. I'm most interested to see how it pertains to off-duty life. At one point, there was talk about clothing and grooming standards for off-duty off-post, like making sure you shave even on leave.<div><br></div><div>Here's the article SSG Settembrino is referencing (I assume. I think we will begin to see the enforcements being brought back that many of our previous generation members used to tell us about in their old war stories. It's all about getting back to a standard and enforcing that standard.  SFC Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 07 Mar 2014 19:25:04 -0500 2014-03-07T19:25:04-05:00 Response by LCpl Mark Lefler made Mar 8 at 2014 2:00 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/new-uniform-policy?n=72034&urlhash=72034 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I think the DoD is concentrating on the wrong things, grooming standards are important, but there are so many other things they should spend money on developing.
