So it will be a little bit less paid for the retiree, but have a separate money on the TSP. Looks ok for new comer, at least if something happen on their way toward 20 years, they still have a pot of money in the TSP to "do" something with. The fact is that the government currently has unsustainable obligations and many of the allegations are retirement plans.
