Not 364 days. So the major question is how many days of rated time do you have? If 365 it is an annual. If 364 your options are: Do the "S" code and when they get back the one more day will close the rating period. If the rating chain is set to change you can do a senior rater option. If the school is part of a TDY enroute that would make this report a change of rater. The NCO has a thru date of April 30, and was in ALC from late March thru May. If there is room for maneuvering, it would be great to include the school time and reflect his achievements during this rating period. Just the NCOER to cover from the last thru date to the end date, use S code for school to cover nonrated time.
