SGT Private RallyPoint Member 95043 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have noticed more and more that NCO'S are getting promoted to soon and have really no idea of how to take care of soldiers or how to soldier them selfs. Just wondering what people's thoughts were on this if you see this in your units? NCO'S getting promoted to fast not knowing anything about being a good NCO!
