If it's really cold, add long underwear underneath the PT gear. And if it's really, really cold, may have to get the Sr. NCO to make a judgement call. By the way, how cold are we talking? I know NC can get cold, but probably not as cold as Drum in the winter. Those Soldiers still do PT.
