<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m not sure what the question is.<br /><br />As you already know, in order to switch from the Army National Guard to Active Duty you will need a DD Form 368 Conditional Release, which must be signed by your first general level officer in the chain of command. This form will remain valid for six months from the date it was signed. An Active Duty recruiter can assist you in filling out the form. You last completed a DA form 368 on 20140217 with Lilia Rivera. It expired 20140817 so you would need to complete another. Also, there are many MOS’s available outside of 18X, or are you saying that is the only MOS you would like to do?
