Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan compared the Republican presidential field to a “whore” who sells herself for money.

At his “Justice or Else” rally, organized in Washington, D.C., to commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Million Man March, the controversial speaker on Saturday also called America “hypocritical” for challenging human rights issues abroad and said “Jews have no forgiveness in them.”

But Farrakhan saved his sharpest barbs for Republicans seeking the White House.

“They are like the pretty girl showing her wares for someone to buy her,” Farrakhan said in a speech on the steps of the Capitol.

“Who wants to be a whore?” he asked. “You think people who put their money behind you don't expect something from you?”

This guy typically grinds my gears, he exploits people with/enduring a weakness. Seems quite moronic for the "Nation of Islam" Leader to lead a Justice or Else rally/demonstration....some persons within the Islamic faith try to start race wars (Luis Farrahkan), behead people and have sex with children.....So, what is the "ELSE" in Justice or Else? Sounds like he is inciting a violence and we will see more problems with him stirring the pot.

In the sense that election season is all about building up your warchest and gettting everyone to want you....yeah, that sounds accurate! Outside of that, I always have mixed feelings when Louis Farrakhan opens his mouth.

and to answer your question....It takes a whole hell of a lot of money to run campaigns...and yes, politicians go out and ask for it...but I don't see it as prostitution......Just because the Politician gets big companies to give them big money, or they ask their constituents to give them money to vote for them and they promise them they will do everything they can for their causes....How is this prostitution? IT IS JUST PLAIN POLITICS....however I do see this JERK prostituting himself with bigger better lies than most politicians to get these unsuspecting people who can't seem to think for themselves or own their own, and listen to every word this CREEP says and gives their life savings over to him....I see him being MORE OF A PROSTITUTE than politicians....He really gets to poor folks to drink his kool-aid.

He's stating a fact. But it's not limited to the GOP, but towards both parties. Now had the source been someone with less of a questionable history, it might be taken more seriously. I'm no fan of his or any religious extremist group, and do not believe he represents those of the Islamic faith in America anymore than Westborough Baptist represents all Christians. Nor does he or his words reflect upon or resound with all Blacks. I'm still not going to let him bother me. To the NOI, how did Malcolm X die again?
