The local recruiter had zero idea about the job and the “official” descriptions are not always (if ever) aligned with the reality on the ground. He is interested in welding and fabrication type work and has a couple of years of high schools welding. Also has achieved his 1G cert, working on his 3G cert. It all depends on what air frame you’re on determines what you will do the most.
