My squad leader setting me up for failure and pushing me for article 15 right . She never communicates with me and tell me things at last ?

As a specialist , is pointing out my squad leader duties and not communicating with me properly is wrong .. and telling her that according to NCO creed she set me up for failure .. is that disrespecting her ..? . And I was on the detail for sometime and one day I reported my detail ncoic saying I will and will be on phone if I’m emergency and he was aware and was ok about me . Here at my company my squad leader got mad and recommended me article 15 for not repeating her . Which no counciling said I have to report to her everyday . I am trying to explain them that the ncoic of the detail was aware and gave me ok .

Sounds like your squad leader is a micro manager. IF you were assigned to a detail that was going to last multiple days then you should have fallen under the direction of the detail NCOIC for the duration and it should have been their responsibility to account for your actions/whereabouts. All your squad leader should have needed to know was the dates the detail was to begin and end. In the event you were a no show or got in trouble the detail NCOIC would/should have informed your squad leader. Unless your squad leader told you to report every day prior to you starting the detail, she can't counsel you now for not doing so. Can't disobey an order that was never given.

Not gonna lie, I had some difficulty understanding your post, as a lot of your wording is incorrect or misplaced, but if I have the overall gist of your issue:

Your Squad Leader expected a report from you every day, without any form of counseling to inform you of this obligation. Due to your lack of report (borne of ignorance to the expectation), she is recommending you for an Article 15. You feel slighted because you believe you were set up for failure, in that you're potentially going to be punished for something you were completely unaware of.
This can be a sticky situation. Because ultimately, the SL can say the verbally counselled you on daily reporting amd it comes down to you word against hers. And that's a fight you lose 99.99% of the time. However, if you request counsel from your Platoon Sergeant, and as that they mediate the miscommunication, the NJP can be waived or suspended, pe ding the out one of mediation.

Are you wrong for calling her out? That depends on the manner in which you did. If you dimed her out in front of your peers, or other junior soldiers, you're wrong any way you look at it. If you pulled her aside and chastised her, you're still wrong. But if you pulled her aside, offline, and asked about her directive because you were unsure or uncomfortable with your understanding, and vaguely described where you believe she fell short, then you handled it properly. However, the inherent drawback to correcting an NCO at our level is that they can take it personal amd seek out ways to make your life hell, such as the situation you are currently in.

Also, as a side note, if you PSG refuses, you have the option of the open-door policy with the Company 1SG, or --in their absence-- the Company Commander. Just be mindful of your customs amd courtesies and be tactful when addressing it with the upper echelons, as you're already on thin ice and fighting an uphill battle.

Squad leaders can’t give UCMJ only a commander can. I can recommend you for the Medal of Honor but without supporting documentation it will go nowhere, and the same applies to UCMJ.

It sounds like you were placed on a detail and the person in charge of the detail indicated you were not needed then but they would call you if an emergency arise. If that is the case you should have reported to your squad leader that the detail has changed. The squad leader could then determine whether you should wait in the detail area, go home, or report back for your normal duties. Some infractions don’t require prior counseling to recommend UCMJ, if I have been able to correctly decipher what happened then charging you with Failure to Repair (FTR) would likely be one if those situations.

According to detail I was in, belongs to corps level and as a support for that detail I belong to that particular ncoic for whole three months I did . I already spoke to legal I was right and they were wrong ..!! But they still don’t agree .. because they want to win this .. so they bringing old stuff on me and counseling me now .. and saying we did verbal counseling two months . As a leader you counsel me and correct the soldier at same time not just take things out on soldier when you feel you want to win over him .. which is very poor leadership .

At the end of the day “It’s all about kissing ass.” Act like dumb soldier ..!

What is the "rest of the story"? Mike, sounds like your history is "muddy water" with your squad leader. NCO creed [?} give me a break. Did the squad leader give you instructions or not? If not, your in the right; if you received instructions your in the wrong. Timing is irrelevant.

It wounds like you are confusing being told to report to her with receiving a formal counseling statement detailing what is known to specialists that they have to report to the Squad Leader daily at the start of the duty day as their duties may have changed.
Your detail NCO is NOT in your chain of command as you point you have been put on his detail.

And before you think, 'oh he is just a COL and does not know how it works', I was a SP4 before you were born.

Using Rally Point to seek legal advice isn't going to solve your problem, and it IS, *YOUR* problem. You're not asking a rhetorical question which is normally fine; but you are seeking legal advice.
That said, telling your Squad Leader about anything to do with the NCO Creed is just asking for kick-back. If you are unable to approach you SL and have a formal, respectful discussion; WIHTOUT excuses, then you've failed.
