Recruiters help and push what the military needs, its ultimately your responsibility to be informed and push where you go and what you do. In today&#39;s age the knowledge is online. Maybe this is a motivation issue. Since even in the Guard, entry is competitive, not having a 4 year degree is a real detriment. The active Army and the other services quit the 90 hours a long time ago.
