My Military Service Record is on Microfiche. How can I get the info transferred onto a modern storage media?

Some libraries have fiche printers. Then scan into PC.

It sound like you left service prior to records converting to digital around 2004-2005.
All prior records were required to be digitized and retained on file for 99 years at that point.
The Army offers HRCapps where prior service can download all records as pdfs with a DS Login (the same DS login you would need for any VA services), the Navy should have a similar service.
