Yes. If you are referring to "medical appointments" off post; I don't believe HIPAA covers this request, only the results of test, treatment and diagnostics. I read to things here: [1] the Marine Corps wants to get rid of you or [2] you want to get rid of the Marine Corps.Response by SMSgt Bob W. made Jul 8 at 2021 12:39 PM2021-07-08T12:39:07-04:002021-07-08T12:39:07-04:00SSgt Christophe Murphy7095334<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Appointment history is just when you had appointments. Where and when and who. No PHI or PII issues there because it wouldn't disclose your personal medical history. If you are on a medboard get support from your medboard case manager , unit limdu coordinator and also your Unit Medical Officer. They will help keep the Command updated on what they are allowed to know and what they need to know. <br /><br />It is par for the course because some of those that came before you sometimes were known to abuse the system. Making sure you are going to legit appointments is normal because people have scammed in the past. Don't take it personal. I was a SSgt going through a medboard and had to deal with the same BS.Response by SSgt Christophe Murphy made Jul 8 at 2021 1:54 PM2021-07-08T13:54:14-04:002021-07-08T13:54:14-04:00SFC Kelly Fuerhoff7095386<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Appointment history isn't PHI.
