Okay Rally Pointer's I know some of you ride, but what do you ride? That can mean a lot form classic chrome and steel bikes, to Speed machines that are mind numbing quick, to Adventure Motorcycles that can do Paris to Dakar. What do you ride and post pics! Pictured are my old 2001 Police Road King, and mock of picture of Softail project bike, and the project bikes paint job.

I was a sports bike guy for a while till last year when I got a Harley. Makes those long rides more comfortable and easier to do.

My first bike was a Kawasaki Ninja 600R (back in 1989/90). Second and 3rd bikes were Honda CB 750. 4th bike was a Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Then I got the Harley... Been riding a 2004 E-Glide Standard ever since!!

I've had 13 different bikes (wait, does a Vespa scooter count?) My current bike is a 2008 Kawasaki Versys with 99,000+ miles on the clock.

It is now at 101,000 miles. I bought it from City Cycle in Junction City KS with 17K on it back in Oct 2009. It has never let me down. Most fun bike I've ever owned.

I don't even remember how many bikes I've had. Started with the lawn mower engine mini bikes and progressed from there.

Oh My! I posted this string over three years ago. That bike died with 111K+ miles on it. I bought another one just like it when it was at 87K so that i could ride while it was being serviced (new tires, brakes, plugs, fork rebuild, stator and VR, and valve adjust) then sold it to pay for the service. Once it hit 100K I bought a third one thinking that the end was near. At 111K it ate the rings in #2 and died. My third one, well...let's say it also died, and nearly took me with it. That was one year ago, 12 Oct 17. I just bought #4 and I am back in the saddle, albeit with lots of plates, pins, screws and scars.

I had to replace one on 29 July 2017 because it died and almost took myself and my wife with it. Wife got the worst of it. We are still recovering. As soon as I could move on my own, I started looking for a new one. Wife wasn’t having it though at that time. Got this one in March. With only 3k miles on it.

I personally own a Suzuki GS500FK4 custom paint job. However, I am from a BIG Harley family and when the dust settles on my retirement I want a softail and the hubby wants a Fatboy. Â So though not "exactly" matching they fit our personalities best while still being in the family. Â :) Â Here's a picture of me and my mom on a ride from Hooks, Texas to Shreveport, Louisiana. Â And the other one is of my current baby.

CW3 Kevin Storm Thanks! It is crazy but I have only met a handful of females that ride. We are definitely the minority!

My GF rides a Yamaha V-star 650 custom, I put a windshield on it, saddle bag mounts, and a fender rack it is perfect for her to go for 500 mile weekends. We have gone camping off of it.

Well there is another one, SGT Kaye Marquez, AKA my wife.
Last rode on the back of my bike in 1989,, never again, she has been riding her own ever since. Currently on a Ninja 650R

First bike was a Yamaha YZ 125, then a Yamaha 850 Special, then a Kawasaki Ninja, Now a Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. Too old for those street bikes anymore!

2007 Ducati Monster S4R, 2003 Yamaha R1. I've had a few others... But these are the girls in the garage right now!

It's from my garage! Before that, it was from the curb. (I have only ever owned BMW motorcycles, but I bought my wife a '73 Honda CB350 a couple of months ago, travelling to Canada to get it, so I'd say hers is from Canada...like she is.)

My dad's second one was the same, Dean. That was in '73 or so. His first was a Kawasaki 90, probably a 2-stroke. Of course, I was too small to ride either, without his sitting on the back to put his legs down when we stopped.

There is not a single assembly and very few pieces that have not been modified, replaced, Modded, upgraded ...SO I would say my motorcycle is From Marquez Racing... Though it started as a Honda from Japan lol

2013 HD Dyna Street Bob. Loving it!!!
I was a sportbike guy for years with a loyalty to Yamaha, owning several R6's and nearly buying an R1 before making the jump to cruisers. One of these days, I'll buy another sportbike, but it will be exclusively a track bike.
Keep the shiney side up RP'ers.
