Liberals don't care if their candidates break the law.

Adolf Hitler would be fully embraced here if he had a D next to his name.

This one paragraph in the article says it all "On Monday, the inspector general for the 17 spy agencies that make up what is known as the intelligence community told Congress that two of 40 emails in a random sample of the 30,000 emails Clinton gave the State Department for review contained information deemed "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information," one of the government's highest levels of classification."

Of course she will claim stupidity and that she never did anything wrong. She is very accustom to fabricating untruths. We have seen it time and time again. Example, “In New York, which I know a little bit about because I represented it for eight years and I live there now, our undocumented workers in New York pay more in taxes than some of the biggest corporations in New York.”

–Hillary Clinton, roundtable in North Las Vegas, May 5, 2015

I would be surprised to see Hillary get the nomination; it is too many constant scandal revelations and too far to go to the primaries. Even the Dems are starting to get embarrassed by her - and that is quite a feat in itself.

I would agree. I really can't see her being the nominee for the Democrats. She continues to lose ground every day.

This will be long, but if it's proven to be true, she should face the music fully. My problem with this is that a big deal was made of Bengazi and an investigation was done with the repots published. The report said there was nothing that could've been done differently and that should've been the end of it. This report was republican led, but bipartisan in nature. WHY are we still listening to this panel who was clearly rebutted by the report, and as if they're fishing for something, anything to get this woman with? Do they realize how much money they're spending on this witch hunt? What will come out of this if she isn't prosecuted? I get it hardly anyone likes her, but aren't they making a mockery of themselves by continuing on looking under every rock for anything to slam her with?

MSgt (Join to see) - I agree with you, but in holding her accountable, the Dems will cite the Beruit bombings as a reference to nothing being done then, mistakes were made, so how can the Repubs hold Clinton and responsible now?

SSG Warren Swan, the investigation did not have access to the documents that she kept from them, and they never questioned her. It was an incompetent cover-up attempt that just tried to sweep the mess under the carpet.

Current investigations are getting to the truth of the matter - even if Hillary's supporters find that to be inconvenient.

Capt Seid Waddell - What does the email have to do with the fact that the investigations findings have been completed and published? And it's been noted that past SofStates have used personal emails to conduct business? What truth are they fishing for? That she used personal emails to conduct business? Ok we know that already. That she might have TS info and that is a security violation? Ok, but it hasn't been proven yet. Just suspected. None of that takes away from the $14 million and rising that Crowdy is freespending on our dime with his vendetta against her. What the committee was made for is over, and that committee should be disbanded. I'm no Hillary supporter, but stupid doesn't have a political party favorite; both are stupid.

SSG Warren Swan, the completed and published investigation you referenced was an incomplete investigation that did not even interview Hillary and was designed to sweep Benghazi under the table prior to the election.

As far as using a private email server to conduct official business - that is illegal in itself as it is an attempt to skirt the FOIA laws. Failure to turn over all official documents before leaving government service is also illegal. Destroying documents by wiping the disk clean is both obstruction of justice and a conspiracy – both of which are illegal and can result in prison sentences.

Placing highly classified documents on an insecure server is a felony. Removing classification markings from a document is a felony. The TS-SCI information (SIGINT and satellite images) found in the emails Hillary did turn over (in four of the 40 sample emails examined so far) represent felonies that generally result in prison time.

Having a "D" after her name does not excuse her from these charges.

This lady is a sociopath and as trust is one of the most important parts of leadership she will be a horrible leader. She can't communicate without a team of minions wordsmithing her ranting psychobabble, she lies like she's getting paid for it and her ethics seem to have been compiled from the worst that society has to offer. Not saying the other side is any better but she is a horrible presidential candidate -

MAJ Jim Steven, he lied under oath to a Federal Grand Jury, and was disbarred as a result. The Dems still hold him to be their most honored senior statesman.
That says as much about the Dems as it does about Bill.
