I agree, too many unanswered questions. From past experiences, don't waste time with punishment, man power, nor supervision. Save all resources, and discharge him as quickly as possible. His actions are totally unacceptable &amp; he knew better. If he was struggling with the course, help is available. To keep him around is only going to make matters worse, in so many more ways than one.
