Can anyone on RP comment?<br /><br />Tom Clancy’s latest, ‘Under Fire”, mentions the Aegis Radar aboard the USS John Cook, DDG-75 being disabled after overflights by a Russian aircraft in Apr 2014. <br /><br />Apparently the ’Fencer” airplane mounted an EW pod called a Khibiny part of a larger EW system <br />the Borisoglebsk-2 that can ‘perhaps’ disable satellite and GPS systems.
