I have done Action Officer Development course as well.<div><br></div><div>Long story short, I don't have an official job while they decide what to do with me here...no Soldiers, and I don't even have a rater. I know they are going to backdate some NCOER probably when they finally find me a job, and I don't want a 3-4 month NCOER with straight successes so I need to start coming up with legitimate things to do.</div><div><br></div><div>Can't enroll and complete either Audie Murphy (don't have Soldiers anyhow) or college courses in the time it will probably take to find an official and perm job...</div><div><br></div><div>I have a few bullets from things I do on my own time, but I need some MILED and not just CC.</div><div><br></div><div>Any suggestions?</div><div><br></div><div>For the record, nothing is more distasteful to me than to have to plan to beef up my NCOER. I'm of the firm belief that if you come to work and do your job, the NCOER will write itself.
