Each branch has to approve you so if your waiver is approved by one get in then try to switch branches later in your career! You might get a waiver for say flat feet by the Air Force or Navy but get denied for the same thing by the Army or Marines. Each has differing criteria for the missions they undertake as part of the war fighter. SSG Brian G. If one doesn’t want you, eff ‘em. Take your services to one of the others and don’t look back. Even if a process is the same, waivers are just that. Approval depends on need. If a service has enough recruits without waivers they may not be inclined to accept waivers.
