Each branch has to approve you so if your waiver is approved by one get in then try to switch branches later in your career! You might get a waiver for say flat feet by the Air Force or Navy but get denied for the same thing by the Army or Marines. Even if a process is the same, waivers are just that. Approval depends on need. If a service has enough recruits without waivers they may not be inclined to accept waivers.
