Obi Wan Kenobi

Obi Wan killed Darth Maul, defeated General Grievous and defeated a young Darth Vader. He was practical, steadfast, bold, caring, honorable... a damn fine jedi.

But IMO, Darth Maul got the worst deal of all the SW movie characters. That guy was freakin' awesome, but got short-changed on his death. A damn shame...

Thank you for sharing this auspicious day with us. I am a huge Star Wars nerd. I watch NHK (Japan TV) and it is even bigger over there. My favorites change as I get older. In my youth: Luke, in my teens: Han, as I served: random Stormtrooper. Biker Scouts and Boba Fett had the best uniforms. Now they have this sinister dark trooper looking dude in the next movie. Looks good.

Solo...hands down. Guy rises from the streets to gain appointment to Imperial Academy...loses his commission saving his future bro...flies the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy...gets the girl...SHOT FIRST...what's not to love?!

My favorite character is Obi Wan Kenobi... He is my favorite because he is the quintessential guardian Jedi. He forgoes all self-interest to sacrifice for the well being of others. And he is a true warrior. There are other Jedi who are stronger force users, but he is the epitome of Jedi Warrior spirit.
