SSG Jason Hoadley 70105 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><p>As we begin to transistion in to a Peacetime Force</p><p> </p><p>I personally feel that a majority of the upstanding and mature youth of today are being steered away from military service due to an overwhelmingly negative public opinion, due to the 13+ years of war....  </p><p> </p><p>I think that every able bodied youth 17-21 should serve 2 years.</p><p> </p><p>With the several different services and endless career choices, I also see it as a way of preparing the youth for the future.</p><p> </p><p>Adjustments to entitlements awarded due to satisfactory service would need to be made.  ( MGIB, VA and others.....) </p><p> </p><p>I am wondering what are the thoughts of others here? </p><p> </p><p> </p> 2014-03-05T13:52:45-05:00 SSG Jason Hoadley 70105
