Did the Soldier complete the 360, do they support the SHARP program, etc. Do these really tell you how they lead and how they perform their job?</p><p><br></p><p>I would say for the SHARP comment it can depending on how it is written. The 360 survey does not tell me anything about if the officer can lead or if they can do their job.
