I agree there is some duplicity in the Armed Forces. I'm just not sure how it actually effects our mission. Most liars get found out one way or another but there is a culture that allows certain behaviors to be ignored as long as it doesn't embarrass the unit or chain of command. Those actions are what allows great leaders to be mismanaged and abused by senior leaders.
