Looking to submit a Warrant Officer packet. I already meet most of the requirements (minus Security+ which I'll be taking this week). Anyway, I have a question that I'm looking for a more in depth answer to that I can't seem to get from the USAREC website.<div><br></div><div>    NCOER time. I know that the requirements state 36 months of rated time, but I was wondering if they were accepting waivers at this time. I have heard that there is a shortage of Warrants, especially in the Signal community.
