Business Management. I have been tossing around the idea of add a minor to my degree plan. I have narrowed my choice to down to 4 different options. Which one would benefit me the most in general as a leader/manager in the business world. <br />1. Adult Education and Training<br />2. Human Resources<br />3. Management<br />4. Throw out the idea of a minor. <br /><br />Any help would be appreciated.Looking to add a minor to my degree plan. Something with a tech twist would also be beneficial. Well done. If given the opportunity I'd advise a minor in organizational leadership. I say that based on my experience in the public and private sectors as the key missing ingredient. From there, I went to law school. Looking back, I would have stuck with business management with a minor in english. It is shocking in today's business world how few people can properly speak and write the english language. Regardless of how technology has advanced, humans still have to interact with oral and written communications.
