Looking for a recommendation for an IFAK.

I am trying to find a decent IFAK to take along with us while we are "deployed" to Guam. We plan on boonie stomping and just going around the island. I am looking for something to help us in case something does happen, until the medics can arrive which will take some time due to the limited services on the island. Any recommendations or advice to consider?

The Army issued IFAK would work unless you have some special requirements.

I used this in Afghanistan. You can zip it up or tear it open and it packs up nicely. I would also secure two tourniquets to the sides with rubber bands. I packed it with army issued medical supplies so I can't really speak about ITS's options for buying a filled kit.

You could consider building up a small "go bag" to carry around. I keep one of these in my trunk and its filled with supplies. Combat gauze, Israeli bandages, etc. Easy to access and generally geared towards hemorrhage control. The inside of the bag has a VS-17 panel sewn in as well.
