Much easier than aisle or center.<br />2) Sleep on the plane. Doesn't matter if it's a 2 hour or a 10 hour flight. Better to be "overslept" than in sleep debt because of jetlag.<br />3) Watch your nutrition and water intake. As others have mentioned, it's very easy to get dehydrated. When you travel you tend to eat out, and your calorie consumption goes WAYYYYYYY up, which exacerbates all of the above.Response by Sgt Aaron Kennedy, MS made Nov 3 at 2016 6:18 AM2016-11-03T06:18:29-04:002016-11-03T06:18:29-04:00SFC George Smith2036846<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I always went to the Back of the "Bus" and raised up the arm s between the seats and slept or red a book ... and slept...Response by SFC George Smith made Nov 3 at 2016 10:20 AM2016-11-03T10:20:19-04:002016-11-03T10:20:19-04:00SSG Warren Swan2037249<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir I'd recommend that one hour before boarding you eat a nice bowl of kimhi, and you will definitely have no problems having everyone move away from you so you can stretch out in a nasty garlic smelling bliss.
