When can I expect a L02-23 scrolling update?

My FED rec Status has been like this since January, when can I expect it to update?

Yesterday I was told by one of our state HR people that the current time for scroll approval is hovering at 7 months. We got on the scroll in the ~January timeframe so that would put us at late-July to early-August timeframe.
