Publically ask Postmaster General & Congress to create a new fundraising stamp called Stamp...

In July of this year, 56 members of Congress wrote the US Postmaster a letter asking her to support a new fundraising stamp to help Veterans. The postal service wrote back declining to take action, saying they were afraid a new stamp would hurt sales on existing semi-postals. I signed the petition Sgt Spencer Sikder.
Hopefully this petition is also on posted Facebook which would probably help get the required number of signatures.
There have been a number of semipostal stamps which help raise funds for non-profit organizations such as the "Breast Cancer Research Stamp" and the "Save Vanishing Species Stamp."
